Iposoft® datarooms can be used to collaboratively create and manage documents throughout the due diligence process and then electronically store and securely distribute sensitive information to only authorised dataroom users online.

Iposoft® datarooms has an email alerts facility to ensure that key project personnel are aware of when documents or changes have been uploaded into the dataroom.
To further assist with the due diligence process Iposoft® provides an "question & answer" (Q&A) facility to centrally manage the collation, tracking and response to information requests as they occur.
Where required Iposoft® datarooms also provides the ability to stop documents being prinited to hardcopy from the dataroom.
Other features of Iposoft® datarooms includes a centralised working calendar, project personnel contact details and the ability to bullk upload multiple documents into the dataroom.
