Iposoft® provides private equity firms with tools to electronically manage the raising of both listed fund vehicles or open ended unlisted investment funds.
Iposoft® tools enable the creation of a specific fund raising offer website that centrally houses the relevant information the offer and displays this is in a simple online format to prospective investors.
Offer documentation such as a prosectus or PDS is made available to be either viewed online or downloaded to be printed by the prospective investor. A simple Iposoft® online registration system also means that prospective investors can request a hard copy be posted to them.
Iposoft® can be set up to manage the fund raising process across separate investor streams including institutional, financial adviser networks, broker firm and open retail.
Iposoft® also has an online application process that allows investors to electronically apply into the fund raising offer. When integrated with electronic banking payment systems this method collects significant portions of the overall target cash raising.
