Given email communication is many times cheaper and faster than hardcopy direct mail the Iposoft® email engine provides more opportunities to contact shareholders with key campaign messages and announcements.
The Iposoft® email engine can be prepopulated with any existing shareholder and other relevant email contact databases so there is a rolling start to the M&A communication campaign.
Iposoft® also provides an online email registration process so an M&A campaign contact list can grow organically as more shareholders and other stakeholders sign up to receive email alerts.
Email delivery formats cover both plain text and graphic HTML templates with links back to the M&A campaign website.
All email activity is tracked via Iposoft® and made available to authorised the M&A project staff via a web-based interface.
