Shareholder Database
At the heart of the Iposoft® investor relations tools is a shareholder database where key information about each shareholder is stored securely.
Further, this shareholder data manages what information the shareholder has agreed to receive from the company and in what format ie - hardcopy or digital.
Te shareholder database can also be queried to extract contact lists and shareholder sub-set groups based on selected criteria.
The Iposoft® shareholder database is managed by the company from within a secure web based interface.
The shareholder database is protected and backed up within the Iposoft® technical environment and the Iposoft® can integrate with other internal legacy information systems or externally to other data sources such as share registries, mail houses or call centres.
