Iposoft® interactive document viewer recreates an exact replica of hardcopy documents and displays them online with a series user controls to help people navigate simply through the document.
Control features available via Iposoft® interactive document viewer include the ability to:
- increase or decrease font sizes
- quick navigate through a drop down contents field
- jump to a specific page number
- toggle pages via backwards & forwards icons
- see pages in a graphical thumbnail view
- keyword search the entire document
Iposoft® interactive document viewer also allows people to email a copy of the document to themselves or a colleague and download a PDF version onto their local PC harddrive for viewing offline or printing at their convenience.
Iposoft® also provides online users with the ability to select via simple radio button if they would prefer to only receive documents digitally or by hardcopy in the post.
Data extracted from Iposoft® to date shows currently between 33% to 50% of people when prompted will opt to receive documents electronically providing a significant cost saving to the company.
