Telstra 3 Share Offer
Iposoft® was engaged by the joint global coordinators of the Telstra 3 share offer (T3) being ABN AMRO Rothschild, Goldman Sachs JB Were and UBS Australia to provide complete online services for the $16 billion share offer.
Under the scope of this offer conducted in late 2006 Iposoft® delivered online applications, prospectus requests, and offer information to existing and potential shareholders.
Iposoft® accounted for more than $550 million in open retail applications.
Iposoft® also provided a media website to manage communication of key facts and critical information to journalists.
In addition, a broker and financial planner site was developed to assist these groups in providing information about the offer to their clients.
