RiverCity Motorway IPO
Iposoft® was appointed by ABN AMRO, the lead manager for the $724 million RiverCity IPO, to provide an offer website and online application process for retail investors.
The RiverCity Motorway Consortium (RCM) is responsible for the finance, design, construction and operation of Brisbane's first privately financed toll road, the North-South Bypass Tunnel (NSBT).
The NSBT project is 5.8km in length with design and construction totaling over $2 billion. The Initial Public Offering provides Australians, particularly residents of Queensland, with the opportunity to own a stake in this milestone project.
