Centrebet used Iposoft®'s online IPO platform to make its $70 million share offer prospectus available online to potential investors.
The prospectus was delievered electronically in an interactive format that allowed invetsors to view the document online or via a PDF download to their computer.
Centrbet was founded in 1992 and became the first licensed bookmaker in the Southern Hemisphere to offer online sports betting.
