UK's Ark Mile engages Iposoft® for EGM stoush with Challenger Infrastructure Fund

UK-based Ark Mile has engaged Iposoft® to manage a digital shareholder communications campaign to reach the investors in the Challenger Infrastructure Fund (CIF) ahead of the upcoming EGM.

Ark Mile is putting its resolutions to a vote at the EGM seeking to liquidate the assets of CIF and return the proceeds to the security holders in CIF.
